At any time, you can convert Blue Credits earned by your company into tickets or upgrades, valid on flights with AIR FRANCE, KLM and Delta Air Lines. The BlueBiz tickets or upgrades can be used for any employee of your company.

With BlueBiz, managing your Blue Credits is easier than ever since 1 Blue Credit = 1 CZK. Simply make sure that enough Blue Credits are in your account to cover your fare… and receive your BlueBiz ticket!

For example: you have earned 17000 Blue Credits. You can purchase an BlueBiz ticket at a price up to 17000 CZK. If you choose a round trip Prague-Shanghai flight at a fare of 16751 CZK (tax included), you will use 16751 Blue Credits. The 249 unused Blue Credits remain on your account to be used for your next BlueBiz ticket.

 ... and flexible

Blue Credits may be used to purchase any type of ticket with AIR FRANCE, KLM or Delta Air Lines no matter the fare or destination.
BlueBiz tickets can be used for flights with AIR FRANCE, KLM and Delta Air Lines under the following conditions:
  • You can book your award ticket up until 2 days before your departure date.
  • For tickets with complex itineraries, contact to the BlueBiz Helpdesk at least 3 working days before the departure date.
  • All BlueBiz awards must be completely purchased using only Blue Credits (including fees and taxes).
  • Blue Credits enable you to purchase award tickets based on all public AIR FRANCE, KLM and Delta Air Lines fares available in the departure country.
  • Standard conditions corresponding to the chosen fare apply to award tickets.
  • All change or refund requests must be made to local BlueBiz Service Desk.
  • Ticket change fees can be paid for using Blue Credits, or through another payment method.
  • In case of modification, please  contact the local BlueBiz Service Desk at least 3 working days before your departure date.
  • It is not possible to change an itinerary.
  • For tickets bought with Blue Credits, refunds will be made by re-crediting the BlueBiz account with Blue Credits.
