1. Who is eligible to enroll in Voyageur Rewards ?
Any Czech Republic-based company is eligible to enroll providing they don´t currently hold a Corporate Incentive Agreement with Air France.
2. Does Air France require a minimum amount of travel from my company in order to join Voyageur Rewards?
No, there is no obligation or minimum amount of travel required to become a VoyageurRewards™ member.
3. When will I receive my account number?
The company´s Program Administrator will receive a confirmation package including your new account number within 5 business days of your online enrollment.
4. What does the Voyageur Rewards confirmation package include?
The confirmation package includes your new account number, start date of validity of account and a welcome letter describing the program. The secret password to the dedicated online page is sent in a separate mail due to security reasons.
5. Who can earn Voyageur Rewards points for my company?
You and all of your employees can earn points for your company whenever you fly with Air France provided the ticket is issued in the enrolment country.
6. How can I ensure that Voyageur Rewards points are automatically credited to my account?
All of your employees should use your company´s unique VoyageurRewards™ account number when making reservations (SMExxxxx). The account number and Air France ticket number must appear in the reservation to ensure automatic point credit.
7. What do I do if I´m missing Voyageur Rewards points?
Claim your missing points at your dedicated online page at “claim your missing points” menu no later than 3 months after having completed the trip. Eligible flights will be retroactively credited to your account.
8. What type of ticket earns Voyageur Rewards points?
Your company will earn points for travel on all Air France validated tickets (ticket issued on Air France ticket stock 057) showing an Air France flight number, including code-share flights with an Air France flight number, that are purchased and issued in Czech Republic on specific eligible booking classes only.

10. What is the validity of a Voyageur Rewards account?
Your membership and the earned points are valid for up to two years. Should there be no activity on the account for one year the account will be automatically cancelled.
11. Do points earned with Voyageur Rewards expire?
The points remain valid for a period of two full calendar years with effect from the date on which points were credited to the account. For example if the enrollment date is 1st September 2008, the expiration of the points will be 31th December 2010.
12. Do my employees continue to earn individual Miles with Air France Flying Blue or a SkyTeam frequent flyer program while earning Voyageur Rewards points for my company?
Yes, each time you or an employee fly with Air France, your company earns VoyageurRewards™ points. At the same time, employees continue to earn individual Miles with Air France Flying Blue or any of the SkyTeam frequent flyer programs.
13. What sort of rewards can I redeem with Voyageur Rewards?
VoyageurRewards™ points can be used to redeem round-trip reward tickets, upgrades and excess baggage vouchers to Air France destinations worldwide.
14. Can I check my account balance online?
Yes, you can check your account at “view your statement” menu in your dedicated online page.
15. What is the validity of a reward?
The validity of all VoyageurRewards™ reward tickets and upgrades depend on the condition of the ticket.
16. If I redeem a reward and then don´t use all or part of it, can I redeposit my points?
Rewards cannot be redeposited.
